Our Process

Our clients expect the very best candidates from The AGA Group™. Understanding the importance of providing the ideal candidates, The AGA Group™ follows a very strict screening and selection process. This process includes telephone screening the top candidates sourced, a second comprehensive phone interview, reference checks, testing and licensure verification and if required a drug screen or background check. We commit to providing your company quality personnel and in most cases we are able to respond to your request within 24-48 hours.

• Telephone Screening

This initial communication allows us to assess if the candidate has the overall skill set sought by our client.

• Second Phone Interview

The second interview is a more in-depth phone interview designed to gather more information about the candidate relevant to the job. Including discussion and review of past job history, interpersonal skills, motivational fit, the ability to perform the job proficiently and communication skills

• Reference Checks

The AGA Group™ obtains detailed technical and professional references from a minimum of two previous employers to verify skills and performance

• Testing and Licensing Verification

All professional and technical licenses are verified with the appropriate state licensing body to ensure they are current. We also have partnerships with accrediting organizations to test our Allied Healthcare and other Skilled Professionals.

• Insurance

All Contract and Contract to hire employees of The AGA Group™ are covered by the company’s General Liability Insurance and Professional Malpractice Insurance

• Payroll Employees

The AGA Group™ understands that in today’s competitive and fiscally responsible climate it is not practical for companies to hire employees for short term projects or to fill a temporary vacancy. Many employers are finding the contract to hire model ideal when addressing immediate needs without making long term employment commitments. Our clients understand that starting with a contract employee also allows them to assess if this employee would be a good long term fit before making the investment.
