Referrals are an important part of the growth for all successful companies. The AGA Group™ values referrals as we feel you are the best source to verify the quality of products and services of our firm.

The AGA Group™ offers two Referral Programs (Career Consultation Services and Job Placement).

 

The AGA Group™ Career Consultation Referral Program

4 simple steps on how The AGA Group™ Referral Programs work:

  1. You contact The AGA Group™ via email or phone with the name and contact information of your referral.
  2. Your referral contacts The AGA Group™ and signs up for our career consultation services; they will have the option of listing you as their referral. This signup will be used to verify referral.
  3. Your referral pays for and completes their 45 minute consultation session with The AGA Group™
  4. $50 payment is mailed to you within 5 business days after completion of Consultation Session

 

The AGA Group™ Job Placement Candidate Referral Program

4 simple steps on how The AGA Group™ Referral Programs work:

  1. You or your referral candidate submits their resume to The AGA Group™ and registers with our online Job Alert Notification System.
  2. Your Candidate referral will have an option to list you as a referral source and you should encourage them to do so; as their registration will be used as verification of your referral.
  3. Referral Candidate must be hired for a position that is listed on The AGA Group™ job listing site
  4. $1000 payment will be mailed to you 30 days after the candidates new hire start date.
