Sue holds a Master's degree with an added concentration in Career and Transition counseling. She provides expertise in career and transition consultation, and provides a holistic approach to the entire search process. She helps job seekers to leverage their unique strengths to differentiate themselves in the job market.

Elaine Basham's career has come full circle - her first job out of college was Assistant to the Director of the Career Planning and Placement Center at St. Louis University. Her responsibilities included working with graduating seniors to craft professional resumes and polish their interviewing skills.

 

She acted as a key liaison between corporate representatives visiting the campus to recruit new hires and students hoping to interview with a top company. She also worked with alumni who sought her out for assistance with job search strategies and resume updates.
